Shipping Policy – NUVE ACTIVE

At NUVE ACTIVE, we aim to deliver your orders smoothly, efficiently, and with care.

1. West Malaysia Delivery

  • Flat rate shipping: RM5.90 per order
  • Free delivery on orders RM79.90 and above
  • Estimated delivery time: 2 – 5 working days after shipped

2. East Malaysia Delivery

  • Flat rate shipping: RM14 per order
  • Estimated delivery time: 3 – 5 working days after shipped

3. International Delivery (Singapore)

  • Flat rate shipping: RM25 per order
  • Couriers : Ninja Van
  • Estimated delivery time: 3 – 7 working days after shipped

4. Lalamove Same-Day Delivery (KL & Selangor Only)

Lalamove Same-Day Delivery is available by prior arrangement only and is limited to selected areas within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

Please do not place your order through our website if you require Lalamove delivery.

Instead, please contact our customer service before placing your order. Our team will:

  1. Confirm whether Lalamove delivery is available for your location.
  2. Provide a quotation for the Lalamove delivery fee.
  3. Guide you through the ordering process.
  4. Arrange your same-day delivery once your order and delivery fee have been confirmed.

Important Notes

  • 📍 Available only for selected areas in Kuala Lumpur & Selangor.
  • 🚚 Delivery is subject to Lalamove driver availability.
  • 💰 The Lalamove delivery fee varies depending on the delivery distance and will be quoted separately.
  • 📞 Please contact our customer service before placing your order to ensure availability and receive further assistance.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

All orders are processed and fulfilled on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number so you can monitor your parcel at any time.
